These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Instant Tally (即刻记账), including the mobile app, support site, and related cloud services.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

  1. By using Instant Tally, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  2. You must use the service only where local law allows it.
  3. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related services.

2. What the Service Does

  1. Instant Tally helps you capture receipts, parse spending information, and organize expenses.
  2. Some features depend on cloud processing, third-party providers, and network availability.
  3. AI-generated parsing results are provided for convenience and may require your review or correction.

3. Accounts and Subscriptions

  1. Some features require sign-in and an active subscription.
  2. Subscriptions are billed by Apple under the App Store terms and your Apple account settings.
  3. Renewal, cancellation, billing disputes, and refunds are handled according to Apple's purchase flow and applicable law.

4. Acceptable Use

  1. You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, abuse infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access.
  2. You may not interfere with service stability, automate abusive traffic, or reverse engineer restricted backend behavior.

5. Data and Content

  1. You remain responsible for the expense content, notes, and images you submit.
  2. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process submitted data for app functionality, security, and support.

6. Availability and Changes

  1. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
  2. Planned or preview features shown on the site or in the app are not guaranteed launch commitments.

7. Disclaimer and Liability

  1. The service is provided on an "as available" basis.
  2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate AI extraction results.
  3. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service use.

7. 免责声明与责任限制
