Instant Tally (即刻旅账) provides cloud-assisted expense parsing and bookkeeping for travel and daily life. This policy explains how we process data before and during app use.
Information We Process
- Account data: Sign in with Apple identifier, InstantTally Cloud user ID/UUID, and session token.
- Expense content you submit: receipt photos/screenshots (stored locally on your device), OCR-extracted text, and text you type for parsing.
- Parsing context: spending/base currency, category list, language preference, current datetime, and input type.
- Subscription and purchase data: product IDs, transaction status, and receipt verification results.
- Operational metadata: request path, status code, latency, usage counters, IP/user-agent and related security logs.
How AI Parsing Works
- Receipt OCR runs on-device first (Apple Vision).
- InstantTally then sends extracted text (or your typed text) and parsing context to InstantTally Cloud and its model providers for structured output.
- In the current cloud flow, original receipt images are not required for cloud parsing.
Consent Required Before Use
You must grant cloud AI processing consent before using the app. If consent is declined, InstantTally will explain that core functions are unavailable and close the app.
Third-Party Processing
We use cloud infrastructure and third-party model providers to deliver parsing, account, and subscription features. These providers may process data under their own terms, including retaining logs for security/compliance purposes.
We do not use submitted parsing content for ad tracking or cross-app targeted advertising.
Data Retention
- Receipt images linked to saved expenses remain in your local app data on your device until you delete them.
- Cloud extraction requests are processed for inference. Backend databases retain account/usage/security records needed for billing, abuse prevention, and service operations.
- InstantTally's iCloud auto-backup excludes receipt images.
User Rights and Controls
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data. Contact: support@instanttally.com.
If you do not want cloud AI processing, you can stop using the service and request account/data deletion via support email.
Cross-Border Processing
Depending on service infrastructure and providers, data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country/region.

AI 解析流程

- 随后将提取出的文本(或你直接输入的文本)及解析上下文发送到 InstantTally Cloud 及其模型服务商,返回结构化结果。
- 在当前云端流程下,解析不需要上传原始票据图片。
使用前必须同意
在使用 App 之前,你必须同意云端 AI 处理授权。若拒绝授权,App 会提示核心能力无法提供,并退出应用。
第三方处理
我们使用云基础设施与第三方模型服务商来提供解析、账户与订阅能力。第三方会按其自身政策处理数据,可能出于安全/合规目的保留日志。
你提交的解析内容不会用于广告跟踪,也不会用于跨 App 定向投放。
数据保留
- 与已保存支出关联的票据图片保存在你设备本地数据中,直到你删除。
- 云端解析请求用于推理处理;后端会保留用于计费、防滥用与服务运维所需的账户/用量/安全记录。
- InstantTally 的 iCloud 自动备份不包含票据图片。
用户权利与控制
你可请求访问、更正、导出或删除个人数据。联系邮箱:support@instanttally.com。
如果你不希望继续云端 AI 处理,可停止使用服务并通过支持邮箱申请删除账户与数据。
跨境处理
根据服务部署与第三方提供方基础设施,数据可能在你所在国家/地区之外处理。
